To attract merchandising talent to Burlington and ensure associates had access to relevant information, I created both internal and external content showcasing executives. This encompassed a range of materials such as videos, talking points, Q&A sessions, and more.

I managed an integrated marketing campaigns to support hard-to-hire business areas, incorporating organic and paid social media, Careers Site content, billboard placements, radio advertisements, in-store promotional materials, email campaigns, and various additional channels.

To offer an authentic glimpse into the distribution center work environment, I collaborated on the production of a bilingual video for the Careers Site, social media platforms, and job descriptions. My responsibilities encompassed pre-production planning, storyboarding, script development, and coordinating interviews with associates in receiving, shipping, and processing.

I spearheaded the conceptualization and co-production of a social media video series highlighting the advantages of positive customer experiences. As the project manager, I collaborated with an agency vendor to oversee all aspects of the video, including scripting, storyboarding, and conducting street interviews with New York City residents and visitors.

I spearheaded the launch of the Nielsen Careers website. This platform showcased engaging blog posts, exclusive interviews via the Nielsen Experience Podcast, and impactful testimonials from employees, all aimed to support the attraction of top talent in 90+ countries.
